Accessibility Statement
SiteAirbag aims to make its website, app and visitor rescue experience usable with keyboards, assistive technologies, zoom and narrow screens.
Effective date: 18 oct 2026Current approach
The product uses semantic HTML, visible labels and focus states, reduced-motion support, responsive layouts, theme contrast and automated/browser accessibility checks. We test important changed flows at the narrowest supported phone width and desktop widths. These practices do not amount to a certification or a claim that every page conforms to a particular standard.
Known limits
SiteAirbag runs alongside customer websites and third-party widgets that it does not control. A customer is responsible for the accessibility of its original website, content and configured rescue destinations. SiteAirbag should preserve the original action and offer accessible labels for its own rescue controls, but browser, embedding and customer styling can affect the result.
Get help or report a barrier
Email support@siteairbag.com with the page or action, what you were trying to do, browser/device and assistive technology if you are comfortable sharing it. Do not include passwords, card data or sensitive personal information. We will assess the barrier and offer a reasonable alternative where available; no fixed response SLA is promised.
