How SiteAirbag works

Install once. Then forget it's there.

You set up the spare door one time. SiteAirbag stays quiet until there is strong evidence the path failed.

Setup in three steps

  1. Paste one line

One script tag in your site's header, where an analytics tag already lives.

    Pick your platform
The Installation panel of a demo site: connected, with its site ID, origin, last seen time and runtime version.
Your dashboard confirms the script is live. Shown on a demo site.
  2. Click your real button once

Open your site and finish the form, booking or checkout that matters, one time. Then choose a backup: a link, a phone number or a form.

The Protected journeys panel: one action, its backup options and its recent success rate.
Each protected action lists what visitors can use if it fails. Shown on a demo site.
  3. Test the airbag

Use the action on your own page. SiteAirbag simulates a failure and shows the backup. Nothing is sent, and a test never counts as a real incident.

The Safe rescue test panel with a Run safe test button.
One click opens your page in test mode. Shown on a demo site.

What happens over time

  1. Day one

Clear failures, like a server error or an outage, are caught once a visitor tries again.

  2. After 20 real completions

It knows what normal looks like for your action, so it can catch subtler failures.

  3. Always

It fails open. If SiteAirbag can't load, your site carries on as if it weren't there.

Designed for the standard ways a browser completes a journey: forms, links, buttons, in-page steps, dialogs and embedded widgets.
