Cancellation and Refund Policy
SiteAirbag subscriptions are monthly or yearly, renew automatically at the same interval, and can be cancelled for the next billing period.

Cancel from Billing using Paddle's customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period; service remains available through that date and does not renew afterward. When the paid period ends we email the workspace owner to confirm that protection has stopped. Cancelling billing is separate from requesting account/data deletion, which is on request through support@siteairbag.com.
Free trials
A free trial charges $0 when it starts. Cancel from Billing before the first payment date shown at checkout, in your confirmation email and in Billing, and nothing is charged; access ends when the trial ends. We email a reminder before the first payment. If the trial is not cancelled, the first monthly or yearly payment is taken on that date and the general refund position below applies to it, so contact support@siteairbag.com promptly if you were charged in error.
Yearly plans
A yearly plan is paid for a year at a time and renews yearly. We email the workspace owner about 30 days before each yearly renewal. If you cancel, the plan runs to the end of the year you paid for and does not renew; the general refund position below applies, so unused months are generally not refunded. If a yearly renewal was charged after you meant to cancel, contact support@siteairbag.com promptly.
General refund position
SiteAirbag generally does not offer discretionary, prorated, partial or unused-time refunds. Exceptions include mandatory applicable law, rights or remedies Paddle must provide as merchant of record, duplicate charges, billing errors, appropriately established unauthorized charges, and exceptional goodwill remedies expressly approved by SiteAirbag.
Mandatory rights and goodwill
Nothing in this policy removes a refund or remedy that cannot be excluded under applicable law or that Paddle must provide under its Buyer Terms as merchant of record. SiteAirbag may also approve an exceptional remedy for a material SiteAirbag service failure, billing mistake, fraud-related remediation, exceptional customer circumstances or commercial goodwill. A voluntary refund does not create an entitlement to any future refund. Requests should be made through the contact on the Paddle receipt and copied to support@siteairbag.com with the transaction reference. Do not email card details.
Installation problems
If the script will not install on your platform, the installation check does not pass, or you see errors after installing, contact support@siteairbag.com before cancelling so we can help. Third-party platforms, plans, themes, plugins and security settings are outside SiteAirbag's control, so a difficulty installing on a particular platform or configuration is handled under the general refund position above. You can cancel at any time to stop the next renewal.
Billing disputes
Contact support@siteairbag.com promptly with the account email and Paddle transaction reference. We will investigate entitlement or duplicate-charge errors. Initiating a chargeback without first reporting a resolvable technical billing error may delay account reconciliation, but does not waive lawful dispute rights.
