A payment method is required and $0 is charged when you start. Your first payment is taken 7 days later unless you cancel from Billing before then; the exact date is shown at checkout, in your confirmation email and in your dashboard. The trial includes every website your chosen plan allows. One trial per customer; previous customers start a paid subscription.
Clear, predictable billing
Prices are USD, billed monthly or yearly by Paddle, and renew automatically until cancelled. Taxes may apply at checkout.
Easy cancellation
Cancel from the Paddle billing portal for the end of the current paid period. SiteAirbag generally does not offer prorated, partial or unused-time refunds; mandatory rights, Paddle remedies, billing errors, duplicate or appropriately established unauthorized charges, and expressly approved exceptional goodwill remain exceptions.

Usage is pooled across all websites in a workspace and resets every month, on yearly plans too. There is no automatic overage billing. We notify workspace owners in the app at 70%, and in the app and by email at 90% and 100%.

Your visitors’ privacy matters
SiteAirbag never reads what your visitors type, never records their screens, and never follows them around the web. It only watches whether the one action you chose worked.

How does the free trial work?
Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. A payment method is required and $0 is charged today. Your first payment is taken 7 days after you start unless you cancel from Billing before then; we email you a reminder first, and your dashboard always shows the exact date.
Can I cancel, and do you give refunds?
Cancel anytime from your billing portal; your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. We generally don't refund partial or unused time, except where the law, Paddle or a billing error requires it. Full policy.
What if I cancel a yearly plan?
It runs to the end of the year you paid for, then stops. Like monthly plans, unused months generally aren't refunded. Full policy.
What counts as a page load?
One page load is counted each time a visitor opens a page on your website where SiteAirbag is running. SiteAirbag's own background retries during that visit do not count again.
What happens if I reach my limit?
Nothing is charged automatically and your website keeps working. We tell you in the app at 70%, and in the app and by email at 90% and 100%, so you can move to a bigger plan if you need to.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, from Billing. An upgrade starts straight away with a prorated charge; a downgrade starts when your paid period ends. Yearly plans are switched by support for now.
