1. Supplier, contract and eligibility

SiteAirbag is a trading name used by Abrar Imdad Kanekar, an individual sole proprietor in Maharashtra, India. The notice address is Khed, Maharashtra, India 415709. By creating an account, selecting a paid plan or using SiteAirbag, you agree to these Terms with Abrar Imdad Kanekar trading as SiteAirbag. Paddle acts as merchant of record for paid transactions.

You must be at least 18 and have the legal capacity and authority to enter this agreement. SiteAirbag accepts businesses and consumers outside the European Economic Area and United Kingdom. You represent that you are not located in either excluded region and are not purchasing for an establishment there. You must also control or be authorized to manage every protected website. Non-waivable consumer and other statutory rights remain unaffected.

2. The service

SiteAirbag observes configured website actions using minimized technical signals, learns healthy behavior, and may show customer-configured fallback options after conservative failure evidence. SiteAirbag is not an uptime monitor, payment processor, CRM, emergency service, or guarantee that every failure will be detected or every visitor request will result in a sale, booking, refund, cancellation or other outcome.

The runtime is designed to fail open: if SiteAirbag cannot load or communicate, it should not cancel, replace or delay the original website action. Certain browser, content-security, network, platform or customer-site conditions can prevent detection or rescue.

3. Installation and third-party platforms

SiteAirbag is installed by adding one script to your website. It can be used on WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow, Next.js and other websites that let you add code to every page. Those platforms, and the themes, plugins, apps, hosting, caching, content-security, consent and privacy settings around them, are provided by third parties or controlled by you, not by SiteAirbag. They can change without notice and may stop the script from loading, delay it, or limit what the browser allows it to observe.

Some platforms only allow custom code on particular paid plans; obtaining and keeping that access is your responsibility. SiteAirbag does not warrant that installation will succeed on every platform, plan, theme or configuration, or that a platform will continue to permit third-party scripts.

If you cannot install the script, the installation check does not pass, or you see errors after installing, contact support@siteairbag.com. We will make reasonable efforts to help you diagnose the problem, but cannot change or control a third-party platform. You can remove the script at any time. Refunds remain governed by section 6 and mandatory law.

4. Customer responsibilities and monitoring authority

You must install and configure SiteAirbag lawfully, keep fallback details accurate, test after material website changes, protect account credentials, maintain your original website and business processes, and respond to deliberately submitted rescue requests. You are responsible for the content and legal basis of your website, authority from the domain owner and relevant client, and appropriate notices or choices for visitors. SiteAirbag may monitor ordinary public-facing websites belonging to authorized customers. Technical proof from an exact origin does not establish every legal permission. The Monitoring Policy forms part of these Terms.

Unless SiteAirbag separately reviews and approves the deployment in writing, do not rely on it for regulated, safety-critical or similarly high-risk workflows where a monitoring failure could reasonably result in death, physical injury or catastrophic financial harm.

  • Do not configure or solicit passwords, payment-card or financial-account details, government identifiers, health information, authentication codes, private keys or other secrets.
  • Do not use SiteAirbag for patient or clinical workflows, protected medical information, payment-card processing, bank-account transactions, credit, insurance, employment or education decisions, educational-record systems, government critical systems, emergency dispatch, life-safety systems or critical infrastructure without prior written approval.
  • Do not use SiteAirbag on a domain, client site or data flow without authority.
  • Do not represent a rescue as a completed transaction, guaranteed conversion, revenue or confirmed appointment.

5. Plans, billing and renewal

Plans are billed monthly or yearly in USD, as chosen at checkout, and renew automatically at the same interval until cancelled. Yearly plans are priced at least 10% below twelve monthly payments; their usage allowances remain monthly and reset each month of the paid year. Each plan includes monthly usage allowances. If you use everything included, we may extend your limit at no charge for the rest of the billing period. If that extended limit is also reached, SiteAirbag pauses protection (failure detection and rescue) until the period renews or you upgrade, without any overage charge and without intentionally affecting your website. We notify the workspace owner in the app and by email as this happens. We email the workspace owner a reminder about 30 days before a yearly plan renews. Taxes may be added at Paddle checkout. Plan limits and current prices appear on the Pricing page and at checkout. Paid access is provisioned from verified Paddle events and may be restricted when a subscription is cancelled, paused or materially overdue.

You may cancel from Billing through Paddle's customer portal. Cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current paid billing period unless mandatory law requires otherwise. You retain access through that period, and the subscription does not renew afterward.

Free trials. Where SiteAirbag offers a free trial, it lasts seven days, requires a payment method held by Paddle, and charges $0 when it starts. Unless you cancel from Billing before the trial ends, the subscription starts automatically when the trial ends: Paddle charges the plan's monthly or yearly price, as chosen at checkout, on the first payment date shown at checkout, in your confirmation email and in Billing, and the subscription then renews at that interval until cancelled. We remind you by email before the first payment. If you cancel during a trial, access ends when the trial ends and nothing is charged. Trials are limited to one per customer, and we may offer a paid subscription instead where a previous purchase, subscription or trial exists. SiteAirbag may extend a trial; an extension never charges you, and we tell you the new first payment date.

6. Refund policy

SiteAirbag generally does not offer discretionary, prorated, partial or unused-time refunds. Exceptions include mandatory applicable law, rights or remedies Paddle must provide as merchant of record, duplicate charges, billing errors, appropriately established unauthorized charges, and exceptional goodwill remedies expressly approved by SiteAirbag. A voluntary refund does not create an entitlement to a future refund. See the Cancellation and Refund Policy.

7. Acceptable use and suspension

The Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these Terms. We may limit or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect visitors, customers, infrastructure or legal compliance. Where practical, we will give notice and an opportunity to remedy. We may act immediately for credential abuse, unauthorized domains, harmful data collection, security attacks or unlawful use.

8. Data protection

The Privacy Notice explains SiteAirbag's own processing. When SiteAirbag processes customer visitor data on the customer's documented instructions, the Data Processing Addendum applies. The customer remains responsible for its instructions, notices, legal bases and handling of rescue requests.

SiteAirbag measures its own advertising. When you start a free trial or a paid plan on SiteAirbag's website, and advertising measurement is permitted for your region and your choice, SiteAirbag may send a one-way encoded (SHA-256 hashed) form of the email address you entered at checkout, together with an ad-click identifier and details of the event, to Meta and, for YouTube ads, to Google, so they can attribute the trial or purchase to an advertisement. The readable address is never sent. This is described in the Privacy Notice and the Storage and Cookie Notice, and you can opt out at any time through Privacy choices without affecting your use of the service.

9. Intellectual property and feedback

SiteAirbag and its software, branding and documentation remain the supplier's property. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during an active entitlement. You retain rights in customer content. You may provide feedback, which may be used without identifying you or disclosing confidential information.

10. Confidentiality and security

Each party will use reasonable care to protect the other's non-public information and use it only for the contract. SiteAirbag applies the controls described on the Security page, but no internet service is completely secure. Report suspected vulnerabilities to security@siteairbag.com and do not access data beyond what is necessary to demonstrate an issue.

11. Availability, changes and support

SiteAirbag may change to improve safety, reliability or legal compliance. Material adverse changes will be communicated where reasonably possible. We aim to respond as promptly as reasonably practicable. Statutory requests are handled within applicable legal deadlines. Unless a separate signed agreement says otherwise, no response, resolution or uptime service-level agreement is offered.

12. Warranties and disclaimers

The service is provided on an 'as available' basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, implied warranties are excluded. SiteAirbag does not warrant uninterrupted operation, universal compatibility, successful installation on any particular platform or configuration, error-free detection, recovery of every visitor intent, business revenue, search ranking, or the continued behavior of third-party platforms, plugins, themes or embedded services.

13. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss, or lost profits, revenue, goodwill or data. SiteAirbag's aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to fees paid for the service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited, including fraud or willful misconduct.

14. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify the supplier against third-party claims arising from unauthorized installation, unlawful customer content or instructions, prohibited rescue-field configuration, or your breach of these Terms, except to the extent caused by the supplier's breach.

15. Termination and data

You may stop using the service and cancel renewal at any time. We may terminate for material breach after reasonable notice where cure is possible. Data is retained, exported and deleted according to the Privacy Notice, DPA and documented retention schedule; cancelling billing does not itself request immediate account deletion. Deletion is on request: once paid access has ended, email support@siteairbag.com to ask for your account and data to be deleted. We verify that the request comes from the workspace owner before deleting, and a legal hold or a record we must keep by law still applies.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms and non-contractual disputes are governed by the laws of India, without displacing mandatory statutory rights. A party must first give written notice of a dispute. The parties will then try in good faith to resolve it for 30 days. If it remains unresolved, it will be determined by confidential, binding arbitration before one arbitrator, seated in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, in English. Remote hearings are expressly permitted.

Courts with jurisdiction over the arbitration seat have jurisdiction for interim measures, enforcement and matters incapable of arbitration. SiteAirbag may seek urgent injunctive or interim relief for security abuse, unauthorized access, intellectual-property misuse, confidential-information misuse or other urgent harm.

17. General

Neither party may assign the contract without the other's consent, except in a merger, reorganization or sale of substantially all relevant assets. Neither party is liable for delay caused by events beyond reasonable control. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues. Notices may be delivered electronically to the account email or legal@siteairbag.com. Mandatory law and non-waivable consumer rights remain unaffected.
