For growing businesses with several sites

A broken form on any of your sites shouldn't cost you a customer.

Location pages, service sites and landing pages each carry their own forms and booking steps. If an important action on one of them fails, SiteAirbag may offer a safe backup, once it has learned how that action normally works and has seen enough healthy visits.

Abrar, founder of SiteAirbag

Why I built SiteAirbag

A while ago I needed a quote from a business. I filled in their form, pressed send — and got an error. So I did what anyone does: I left, found a competitor, and got my quote there.

Their form was working again an hour or two later. Their alerts probably told them. But I was already gone, and I doubt I was the only one.

That gap, between broken and fixed, is what SiteAirbag is for. Not another alert: a second way in, the moment something fails.

I'm Abrar, a solo founder from Maharashtra, and before this a Technical Response Engineer at Checkit. Email me.

The problem

More sites means more ways for one quiet failure to go unnoticed.

Each site has its own form tool, its own plugins and its own hosting. One of them breaking rarely takes the site down, so nothing alerts you.

SiteAirbag looks at whether the customer action itself completed, on every site in one workspace.

  • Find the actions that matterForms, booking steps and checkout buttons on the page you paste.
  • See what each one depends onThe plugins, outside services and scripts a quiet failure could come from.
  • Know what setup would coverWhat SiteAirbag may be able to protect, and what it learns first.

Protection Scan

Paste the page where customers contact you, book, or buy. We'll show you what SiteAirbag may be able to protect.

For example: your contact page, booking page or checkout page.

  • Reads the page once
  • Never fills in or submits anything
  • Keeps no field values
  • A possible issue isn't a confirmed problem
How it works

Observe, learn, detect conservatively, offer a backup.

  1. Observe

One script watches the action you choose, on real visits, from the visitor's browser.

  2. Learn healthy behaviour

You complete the action once in setup; real successful runs build confidence, so a broken journey is never learned as normal.

  3. Detect conservatively

A failure needs combined evidence: errors, timeouts, missing confirmation. One slow click is never enough.

  4. Offer a backup

The visitor sees the backup you configured. Your original journey stays primary, and if SiteAirbag fails your site carries on unchanged.

See it yourself

Test your Airbag the way a visitor would.

After setup, Test My Airbag opens your real page in test mode. Nothing happens until you use the action you protected, exactly as a visitor would. Only then does SiteAirbag simulate the failure and show you the backup your visitor would see.

The test never sends your real form or creates a booking, and it is never counted as a visitor, an incident or a rescue.

Platforms and limits

Supported on WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow and Next.js and React.

Plus standard HTML and custom sites. Platform support means the one script installs there. Each action is confirmed during setup, because a widget or plugin on a supported platform isn't automatically covered.

  • Phone, email and download hand-offs: What happens after the hand-off is outside the browser, so no outcome can be confirmed either way.
  • Embedded booking and payment widgets: The contents of a frame from another domain are closed to every script by browser design, SiteAirbag included. A widget that publishes nothing leaves the journey judged on what your own page does.

Try it before paying

Try SiteAirbag free for 7 days.

$0 today. Then $59/month, starting 7 days after you begin, unless you cancel from Billing before then.

7 days to evaluate real protection

Install, teach your action, test the Airbag and watch it learn on your sites. A payment method is required; your trial dashboard always shows the exact first payment date.

Test it on your real page

Test My Airbag opens your page and waits. Use the action you protected and SiteAirbag simulates a failure, then shows the backup your visitors would see. Nothing is sent.

Growth includes

5 websites, 10 protected actions per site, 500K page loads and 5,000 rescues a month, 90-day history. The trial includes all of it.

Is this the right plan?

Growth is for you if…

  • You run between two and five websites, or a main site plus landing pages.
  • Several of them take enquiries, quotes or bookings.
  • You want one place that tells you when a customer action stops working.

Not sure? The scan above recommends the smallest plan that fits the number of websites you enter, or compare every plan.

Before you start

Questions about Growth.

How does the free trial work?

You add a payment method through Paddle and pay $0 today. Growth runs free for 7 days with its full allowance of 5 websites. Unless you cancel from Billing before the trial ends, your first payment of $59 is taken then, and Paddle shows the exact date before you confirm.

Can I cancel during the trial?

Yes. Cancel from Billing at any time before the trial ends and you won't be charged. Your workspace stays available until the trial's end date.

How does billing work after that?

Growth is $59 USD a month, billed by Paddle as merchant of record, renewing monthly until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month. Taxes may apply.

What is SiteAirbag learning, and how long does it take?

During setup you complete the protected action once, so SiteAirbag learns what success looks like on your page. It then builds confidence from real visitors' successful runs and reaches full protection after 20 healthy runs of that action. How quickly that happens depends on your traffic.

Does it protect anything before it has finished learning?

Yes, more cautiously. Until an action has enough healthy runs, SiteAirbag only offers the backup on hard evidence, such as a server error or a timeout that a visitor retried, so a slow click on its own never triggers it.

How do I install it?

One script tag in the site-wide header. Paste the script into a site-wide header setting: your theme's header code option or a header-and-footer code plugin. Setup gives you a step-by-step guide for your platform, and you can send the snippet straight to your developer. We never ask for your website passwords.

Which platforms are supported?

Installation is supported on WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow and Next.js and React, plus standard HTML and custom sites. Supported means the script installs there; each action is still confirmed during setup, because a third-party widget on a supported platform isn't automatically covered.

What can't SiteAirbag see?

What happens after the hand-off is outside the browser, so no outcome can be confirmed either way. The contents of a frame from another domain are closed to every script by browser design, SiteAirbag included. A widget that publishes nothing leaves the journey judged on what your own page does. What a visitor types is never read.

What happens when a protected action fails?

After qualifying failure evidence, SiteAirbag shows the visitor the backup you configured, such as a short message form, a callback request or your phone number. Your original journey stays primary, and when a payment's outcome is unclear SiteAirbag never invites a second payment attempt.
